  5.     This application allows students to carry out simulated experiments using wild type and mutant T4 bacteriophage.  The students carry out both complementation and recombination assays with mutant T4 bacteriophage.

  7. Bio210Lab13 is used as a pre-lab exercise for Introductory Biology at Allegheny College.
